Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager at Saltvision, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our most valued clients. You will lead prospecting efforts to identify new business opportunities and cultivate a pipeline of potential clients. Your role will also involve managing the full sales lifecycle for key accounts, ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality 3D solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Business Development:
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach to prospective clients in various industries.
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and offering tailored 3D solutions to meet those needs. Serve as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring a smooth and successful client experience.
Sales Strategy & Negotiation:
Develop sales strategies to secure new contracts and negotiate terms with potential and existing clients. Present compelling proposals and pricing, handling objections and driving business to closure.
Collaboration with Creative Team:
Work closely with our design and production teams to ensure that client requirements are met, projects are delivered on time, and high-quality 3D assets are produced.
Client Retention & Growth:
Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Advocate for clients internally to ensure their needs are prioritized and met.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting, pipeline development, and account performance. Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a Key Account Manager or Business Development role, preferably within the creative, tech, or 3D design industries.
Strong understanding of sales principles, prospecting techniques, and client management.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and articulate complex 3D concepts and solutions to clients.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business.
Experience working with design and production teams is a plus.
